The CM ER (Economy Rugged) is CM’s value-line flatbed — built with the same basic CM DNA but at a lower price point. It targets buyers who need a quality flatbed without the full-spec RD price tag.

Choose the CM ER when:
- Your truck is SRW (single rear wheel) — you don’t need the wider deck
- You’re a farmer, rancher, or light contractor with moderate loads
- Budget matters and you want CM quality at a lower price
- You’re towing a gooseneck trailer occasionally, not daily
- The truck also pulls a bumper-pull trailer and doesn’t need full gooseneck provisions
