Star Truck Equipment, a DBA of Cochrum Enterprises LLC (“we”, “us”) operates startruckequipment.com and internal business tools used by our employees. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us. Your name, phone number, email address, company, and details about the truck or equipment you are asking about, when you submit a form, request a quote, or contact us.
  • Employee information. For people who work for us, we store a name, work username, and a mobile number so we can send work notifications.
  • Usage information. Standard web analytics such as pages viewed and general location, collected through Google Analytics.

How we use it

  • To answer your questions, prepare quotes, and fulfill orders.
  • To send order, service, and account notifications you have asked for.
  • To send internal work notifications to our own employees.
  • To improve our website and our products.

Text messaging and your mobile number

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS consent with anyone for their own marketing. Mobile information collected for text messaging is used only by us and by the messaging provider that delivers the message on our behalf, and it is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Who we share information with

Your choices

Children

Our website and services are intended for business customers and are not directed to children under 13.
