CM Service Bodies vs. CM Flatbeds: Which Do You Need?

  • Choose a CM service body if you primarily need secure, weatherproof tool and parts storage, and you’re not regularly hauling long materials (pipe, lumber, steel) or using a gooseneck trailer.
  • Choose a CM flatbed if you regularly haul materials, pull a gooseneck trailer, work in agriculture or ranching, or want maximum flexibility in what you can carry.
  • Choose the CM SBF if you need both storage and some flat deck space — it’s the hybrid option.
