- Diamond plate floor — 3/16″ diamond plate decking (hence the name)

The Diamond is the workhorse. It’s built for oilfield service, ranch work, heavy commercial hauling, and any application where strength and durability are non-negotiable. This is what we see on Ram 3500 DRW and F-350 DRW trucks doing serious work.
The Bedrock Granite Series
The Bedrock Granite is Bedrock’s value-line flatbed — still solid quality, but designed for buyers who don’t need the Diamond’s full spec. Key differences:
- Steel construction — similar frame, but lighter gauge in some components
- Smooth or textured floor — no diamond plate standard (varies by configuration)
- Lighter overall weight — approximately 50–100 lbs less than comparable Diamond
- Lower price point: typically $500–$1,200 less than equivalent Diamond model
- Same basic footprint: same length options, gooseneck provisions, stake pockets
- Best match: lighter commercial work, farming, smaller contractors
